Shipping & delivery

We take great care to package and deliver your products to the highest standards. 

Unfrozen products

We deliver our unfrozen products across Australia.

Frozen products

We currently deliver our frozen products to NSW and ACT. You can check "Cold chain delivery info" on home page menu. 

Click and collect

Click and collect is available for any orders . You will be notified when your orders are ready for pickup. The pickup location is 457 Waterloo Road, Greenacre NSW near Strathfield.

When we deliver

Standard orders will take between 2 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on your destination and shipping method.

Cost of delivery

We can ship unfrozen products throughout Australia. The shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Redelivery

When orders dispatch from our warehouse, you can receive an email with tracking link, where you can find an ETA. Our driver will call you and ring the door bell, the parcels will be taken back to our warehouse if our driver fail contacting receivers. Redelivery costs AUD 12.

Refrigeration and packaging

We offer a professional cold chain delivery service for refrigerated and frozen products.

Metro Sydney

Spend over $139 and receive free cold chain delivery. For orders under $139 the cost will be $13. 

Canberra, Central Coast and Wollongong

Spend over $179 and receive free cold chain delivery. For orders under $199 the cost will be $20.

 

Disclaimer

We take care with cold and frozen items. They are packed for you on the day of delivery and are placed in our refrigerated vans for transport to your door. This does mean that there is likely to be some softening of your items by the time they get to you but they have been kept cold, so can be refrozen or placed in your refrigerator for consumption.

PLEASE NOTE - we cannot provide refunds or replacements on any cold items that may appear defrosted on arrival.

On arrival

It is recommended you are home to receive the delivery. If you are not home the delivery can be left in a shaded location of your choice, away from your dog. Please note this when placing your order. Our drivers can send you a photo of your package via SMS once delivered if you will not be home.
